The structure works very simply, once you have identified the apartment and have finished the due diligence with your lawyer, you have to pay down 40 to 50% (depending on which section of the building you buy at). After that the monthly payment plan comes into force which allows you to pay every month a set amount.

FOR EXAMPLE:
If an apartment costs 40,000 Euro, only 20,000 Euro needs to be paid upon singing the pre-contract and the rest 20,000 Euro will be split into equal amounts of 333 Euro and paid every month over a period of 5 (five) years.

In summary: Every month for 60 months (or 5 years) you will have to pay 333 Euro based on the above apartment price.

The building work has now progressed quite in advance and is currently on plastering stage on building A. Building B is on skeleton/shell of the 3 floor and building C has began the shell stage of the 1st floor.

Building C due to it being in early stages only requires 40% down payment and has cheaper prices.
